Dear journal,
Today June, 2 3000 B.C. I am in my stone house waiting for it to stop raining. The last time it rained was about December, 12 2999 BC and we had a big flood. Since it is raining I am going to my friend’s stone house. We usual crave at hieroglyphics about our life in Giza. Joe and I are going to travel to Dahshur and see the beautiful

Dear journal
Today June, 3 3000 B.C. it is cloudy and dry today. Some of my uncles and cousins are building pyramids as tombs. These tombs will be for the
pharaohs and their queens. There will be about eighty pyramids when they are finished. The three largest of these are built at Giza. These pyramids will be amazing when they are done.

Dear journal,
Today June, 4 3000 B.C it is really hot. We all have to look for water and food because there is a famine here in Giza. The pharaoh’s daughter died because of the famine so we have to bury her this evening. The pharaoh is picking 20 soilders to look for food. Already 15 people died. My friend Joe was picked as a soilder.
